Aluminium Gate

We do accept returns. The products must be returned to us at your own cost within 28days. It must be in its original packaging, unused and in perfect re-sellable condition. You must attach your name and order number to the box/s in order for the warehouse team to be able to assign the return to your order.  When it is received at the warehouse the team will check the items and inform as to if they are in good condition for us to action a refund.

No the gate does not come with posts. Posts can be ordered here

The aluminium gate is not available in other sizes, however you can cut this product down to size. The gate comes with a paper copy installation guide in the box.

We despatch most balustrade orders with in 2 working days via a courier DX. Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days.

DX operate a service where they will contact you via email and/or text regarding the delivery date and time of your order. They will message up to 3 times. You must be in to receive your order, failure to delivery your order will result in a redelivery charge.

For large scale orders this may be delivered on our own lorries.

Yes you can install it to a brick wall using the hinges provided. You would need to purchase masonry screws instead of using the aluminium screws that come in the kit.
