This product is dispatched straight from the warehouse.

If you are only ordering the posts, these will be sent via a courier with a lead time of 4-10 working days, from date of order completed email (not confirmation of order email).

If you are ordering a full balustrade system, posts and glass this will arrive on a wagon/lorry. Lead time of 5-10 working days from date of order completed email (not confirmation of order email).

For all orders you will be required to assist with unloading of the order. Please ensure you have 1-2 able persons to assist with receiving your order.

No it won’t rust. As it is made from grade 316 stainless steel which is designed for outdoor use.

We do accept returns. The products must be returned to us at your own cost within 28days. It must be in its original packaging, unused and in perfect re-sellable condition. You must attach your name and order number to the box/s in order for the warehouse team to be able to assign the return to your order.  When it is received at the warehouse the team will check the items and inform as to if they are in good condition for us to action a refund.

When ordering channel system and glass for your balustrade, it is essential to check the post measurements, including the dimensions with the clamps attached. To ensure a perfect fit, measure from the inside back of one post clamp to the inside back of the next post clamp in the balustrade run.

Selecting the correct glass pane size based on these measurements will ensure a secure and seamless installation. Always double-check your measurements before ordering to avoid any discrepancies and achieve a professional finish.

It is at the companies discretion to charge for returns should you order the incorrect size glass and/or posts for your project.

Important measurements: When measuring for glass, we advise back of one clamp to the back of another clamp, minus 10mm for expansion and tolerances. Check the post/spigot/channel system fittings measurements. When using the channel system or the spigots systems we advise a minimum of 10mm and maximum of 99mm gap between panes, 20mm is best average.
