Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns. The products must be returned to us at your own cost within 28days. It must be in its original packaging, unused and in perfect re-sellable condition. You must attach your name and order number to the box/s in order for the warehouse team to be able to assign the return to your order. When it is received at the warehouse the team will check the items and inform as to if they are in good condition for us to action a refund.
What is the best way to secure it?
This is dependant on what you are fixing it to. If it is a metal railing cable ties can be used. For a fence we would suggest U-shaped nails available from all hardware stores.
Whats is the maximum they can be extended to?
The maximum you could extend the expandable artificial hedge to is 2.9m length by 50cm high
Can you cut the extendable trellis?
No, you can not cut the willow trellis as doing so would cause the product to fall apart
What is the size of the product when closed up?
When closed the product measures 50cm x 135cm
What is the delivery time frame for the extendable hedges?
We despatch all our Artificial hedging orders with in 2 working day via a courier DX. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days.
DX operate a service where they will contact you via email and/or text regarding the delivery date and time of your order. They will message up to 3 times. You must be in to receive your order, failure to delivery your order will result in a redelivery charge.
For large scale orders this may be delivered on our own lorries.
