Yes we can. Please send an email to info@theoutdoorlook.co.uk with a rough sketch of your project and the measurements. Please specify which balustrade system interests you. The team will pull a quote together for you based on this.

For the aluminium balustrade system orders are delivered in 3-7 working days from the date the order is processed. Depending on size of the order and your location.

For all glass balustrade systems there is a 3-4 week lead time as this is a made to order product.

We deliver to most parts of the UK.

There are some locations that are hard/not possible for us to deliver to such as Cornwall, Dundee, Aberdeen, Norther Ireland etc.

We are an online business who supply the products only.

The most popular balustrade system we supply is the Aluminium balustrade system, closely followed by the semi frameless glass system.

It is just the one length of 6ft length rails, that is available that you can then cut to the size you require.

The stainless steel posts can be returned, however the glass can not be returned and refunded as it is made to order bespoke panes of glass. Once you sign off the designs and give us they go ahead to place the order with the manufactureres it is no longer returnable.

Yes they can all be used on the stairs, the aluminium is the easiest to install.

For the glass systems you need to let us know the measurements for this section and we will be able to provide a rough quote for it. We will need you to make a template of this section that we can then send off to the manufacturers for an acurate quote. Get in touch with a member of the team and we will help you. No, we can order self cleaning glass if this is what you require, it will increase your quote/charge. Please inform the team when you request your quote.

Yes it can we sell a horizontal swivel bracket that allows it to do more than or less than 90 degree angles on level surface, such as an angled corner for example.

Yes some of our systems come with a gate option. For example the aluminium balustrade gate. For glass systems please get in touch.

To meet UK building regulations balustrades need to be 1100mm high with spindles to have no more than 9.5cm between each spindle. All of the balustrades that The Outdoor Look provide meet UK building regulations.

Nothing, it just depends on what you like to call the overall product. We call all our options balustrades, if we look at individual components within the make up of the balustrade we call it by its item name such as handrail or post.

Depending on your project you may require extra components. When installing the aluminium balustrade on a level surface you require a rail kit and post kit. When using them on the stairs or a slope you would also require the stair brackets to enable the aluminium rails to be installed at an angle.
