Fire-Classified Artificial Hedge Panels

These artificial hedge panels carry an independent reaction-to-fire classification of B-s3, d0 under EN 13501-1:2018, tested by SGS — suitable for commercial, hospitality and public-space projects where a fire classification is required. You get the same realistic, UV-stable foliage as the rest of our range, with the test documentation to support a specification.

What B-s3, d0 means

B = a high level of fire resistance for a combustible product (the EN scale runs A1 to F); s3 = smoke production is not limited; d0 = no flaming droplets. We state the full classification openly rather than make a vague "fire-retardant" claim.

Important — how it's fitted matters

The classification was achieved with the panel mechanically fixed to a non-combustible backing (a substrate classified A1 or A2, such as cement board or masonry). Fixing to a combustible surface like timber is a different situation, and the classification cannot be assumed to carry across. For a verified fire performance, fit to a non-combustible backing and talk to us first — we'll confirm whether it suits your project and provide the SGS test report.
