We currently deliver to Mainland UK and most of Scotland.
Some remote areas are excluded from standard delivery.

How Delivery Charges Work

Delivery discounts are applied automatically at checkout
If your order qualifies for free or discounted delivery, this will be shown clearly
If your basket contains multiple product types, only the highest delivery charge applies
Delivery charges are never added together

This ensures you are not overcharged when ordering mixed items.

Custom-Cut Glass

- Orders containing custom-cut glass panels are made to order.
- Please allow 3–4 weeks manufacturing lead time before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, delivery follows standard pallet times.

Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan. If you need to return an item, we’ll do our best to make the process simple.
