The professional standard for sports pitch perimeter barriers. Double-layer welded mesh infill meets the mandatory FA requirement at Steps 1–4. SGS certified, zero maintenance, 15-year warranty. Available supply only or fully installed.
The FA Stadium Accreditation Criteria requires a permanent, solid infilled barrier at Steps 1–4 of the National League System. The Double Mesh system provides exactly that — a dual-layer welded mesh panel through which the ball cannot pass and which explicitly meets the FA’s infill requirement. It is the only Pro Pitch system that satisfies the Steps 1–4 mandate outright. At Steps 5–7 and all levels of rugby, it remains the recommended specification — the highest-performing system in the range.
Mandatory infill requirement. The only compliant solution.
Above the minimum requirement. Recommended for clubs with promotion aspirations.
Meets RFU ground inspection standard at Levels 3–4 and above.
Professional-standard barrier for top-tier community rugby league grounds.
Safe, robust, zero-maintenance barrier for school sports pitches.
Professional finish for multi-sport facilities and leisure centre pitches.

The FA Stadium Accreditation Criteria requires a permanent solid infilled barrier through which the ball cannot pass or be played under. Double mesh infill provides this by design. Single mesh also meets the infill definition at Steps 1–4, but double mesh is the specification recommended and installed at the vast majority of Step 1–4 grounds due to its superior structural integrity and ball retention.

Yes — all pricing is quoted per running metre of completed fence. This includes posts, rails, mesh panels and fixings. Gates are priced separately. Contact us for a full itemised quote for your specific perimeter length.
For a standard 11-a-side football pitch (approximately 350m perimeter), a competent team of four with a mechanical post-hole borer typically completes installation over three days — posts on day one, cure on day two, rails and mesh on day three. Read the full installation guide →
Both systems use PVC post and rail construction with mesh infill. The Pro Pitch system uses a single-chamber hollow rectangular post section installed by concreting into the ground — a robust, straightforward method. Posts are spaced at 2,500mm centres compared to 2,000mm on some competitors, reducing post count per pitch and offering a genuine cost advantage. Every order includes a drill jig for consistent fixing holes on site.
Tell us your perimeter length, sport and service preference. We’ll respond within 24 hours with a full quote and specification document — everything you need for a Football Foundation or RFU grant application.
