Please note that by sending us your photos, you agree to these being used on our social media and newsletters. If your project is selected, the photos may also be used across our website and promotional materials. Please also let us know whether you wish to be tagged in the project photos posted on our social media and in newsletters or whether you prefer to remain anonymous.

* The reward you receive is dependent on the quality of the photos you provide. If you provide us with high resolution quality photos, the reward will be greater. If we need to send out a photographer, we’d still like to thank you for your time and allowing us to use your project across marketing materials, but the reward may be smaller.

Availability

This offer is only open to existing The Outdoor Look customers and businesses. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other The Outdoor Look offer or promotion.

Accepted Case Studies and Materials

Under the terms of this offer, a cashback reward worth up to £100. Customers can apply with new projects (orders) that they wish to submit, it must be a new project to be in with a chance. The Reward, as defined below, will be refunded back onto the customers card from their original order, up to 30 days after the project has been approved. The reward may only be redeemed by the customer if they comply with the following requirements:

1. High resolution photographs in both portrait and landscape, closeups, set dressed, from distance – the more photos the better. Videos in portrait and landscape no longer than 20 seconds. All must be clear, clean, no glare images. Be mindful of what else is in the shot. Do not add filters to your images as these will not be considered.
2. If the reward has not been sent within 60 days of the project having been approved, please contact us via email.
3. The customer will receive a Project Reward according to the details specified above. The Project Reward is not cumulative. The reward available is based on the customer's order and the quality of the content provided, it could be up to £100.
