The adjustable saddle is the fitting that holds the handrail tube on top of a post. Its head tilts, so the same saddle works on a level run and on a flight of steps — the post stays plumb while the rail follows the slope. The spigot bonds into the top of a 48.3mm post and the 48.3mm tube sits in the cradle above it.
Our drilled wire balustrade posts come with a saddle supplied loose in the box, so this listing is the spare or the one you need for an undrilled plain post, which has no top fitting.
316 marine-grade stainless steel, matching the handrail tube and the rest of the wire balustrade system.
