Handrail Saddle Bracket with Adjustable top (Satin)

Description

The satin adjustable saddle bracket takes the handrail down stairs and slopes in the uncoated 316 range. Its head tilts to match the pitch, so the 42.4mm tube runs parallel to the staircase while the posts stay vertical — and being 316 marine-grade stainless steel, it suits external and coastal staircases where corrosion resistance matters.

Use one on each post along the angled section, set the head to the pitch, then screw the tube to the saddles. The level runs either side use the satin fixed saddle bracket.

• How does the adjustable top work?

  The saddle’s head pivots on the bracket. You set it to the angle of your staircase or slope, sit the 42.4mm tube in the saddle, and screw it down — the rail then follows the pitch in one continuous line.

• Can I mix adjustable and fixed saddles in one run?

  Yes, and most stair projects do exactly that: fixed saddles on the level sections at the top and bottom, adjustable saddles on the posts down the flight.
