At The Outdoor Look, we aim to make your balustrade project as smooth as possible — from order to installation. Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your products will arrive, and how to return items if needed.

Delivery Information

We deliver balustrade systems across mainland UK using our own delivery fleet,trusted couriers and pallet networks, depending on the size and nature of your order.

Aluminium Balustrade Systems

• Lead time: 2–5 working days
• Delivered flat-packed ready to install

Glass Balustrade Systems

• Lead time: 3–4 weeks for custom size glass panes
• Lead time: 3–10 days for stocked glass panes
• Made to order with custom-cut toughened glass to your specifications
• Delivery scheduled in advance to ensure safe offloading

Wire Balustrade Kits

• Lead time: 3–7 working days
• Pre-measured and shipped ready to install

Juliet Balcony Kits

• Lead time: 3–7 working days
• Supplied ready to install with brackets and fixings

You’ll receive a dispatch notification once your order is on the way. Larger items may arrive via pallet with a pre-arranged delivery slot.

Delivery Notes

• Delivery is kerbside only — please ensure someone is available to assist with unloading if required
• Missed deliveries may incur a redelivery charge
• If you’re unsure about access for large glass panels or pallets, contact us so we can assess the best vehicle to send your order on.

Returns Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go to plan. If you need to return a product, we’ll do our best to make the process simple.

Return Conditions

• Returns must be notified by email within 14 days of delivery
• All returns are made at the customer’s expense
• Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
• You must include either the original invoice or packing slip with the return
• Faulty or wrong goods: Report within 48 hours; we’ll replace or refund at no charge.
• Refund timeframe: Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days once returned items pass inspection.

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

❗ Please note: Custom-cut glass panels are non-returnable, as they are made to order.
