Tropic Garden Artificial Hedge Panel 1m x 1m

The Tropic Garden Artificial Hedge Panel brings a layered, planted look to fences, walls and feature areas. Each 1m x 1m panel mixes boxwood, conifer, fern, grass and laurel foliage in mid green, with burgundy, burnt orange and small white boxwood flowers for depth and colour. At 95% shade coverage it works as a privacy screen as well as a decorative green wall.

Fire-classified for commercial projects

This panel carries a reaction-to-fire classification of B-s3, d0 to EN 13501-1:2018, from an independent SGS test (April 2025). B is the highest class available to a combustible product on the EN scale (A1 to F), s3 means smoke production is not limited, and d0 means no flaming droplets.

The classification applies under the tested conditions: the panel mechanically fixed to a non-combustible substrate classified A1 or A2 (such as calcium silicate board, cement board or masonry), tested without a joint. UV-stable foliage

The foliage is UV-stabilised polyethylene. The material has been tested by SGS to ASTM G154 (Cycle 1) for 5,000 hours of UV exposure and rated 4 on the 1–5 grey scale for colour change, where 5 is no change. It is frost and weather resistant and suitable indoors or out.

Fitting

Panels link together with interlocking connectors on the mesh backing, and the backing trims with scissors to fit corners, curves and columns. Fix to timber with U-nails or staples; for brick or masonry, fit a timber framework with galvanised mesh and attach the panels with cable ties.
