What is the delivery time frame for this product?
This product is dispatched straight from the warehouse.
If you are only ordering the posts, these will be sent via a courier with a lead time of 4-10 working days, from date of order completed email (not confirmation of order email).
If you are ordering a full balustrade system, posts and glass this will arrive on a wagon/lorry. Lead time of 5-10 working days from date of order completed email (not confirmation of order email).
For all orders you will be required to assist with unloading of the order. Please ensure you have 1-2 able persons to assist with receiving your order.
Does this system meet UK regulations?
Yes, this system meets regulations when installed with the handrail.
To meet UK building regulations the system must be at 1100mm high and have a handrail, if it does not have a handrail then it does not meet regulations. If you choose not to follow this advise, you do so at your own discretion.
Can this balustrade system be used on the stairs?
Yes it can.
However the glass would be a bespoke item. To get a quote for your project please email the team with your project drawing (can be a rough sketch or photo) with your measurements.
Will the balustrade rust over time?
No it won’t rust. As it is made from grade 316 stainless steel which is designed for outdoor use.
Do you accept returns?
We do accept returns. The products must be returned to us at your own cost within 28days. It must be in its original packaging, unused and in perfect re-sellable condition. You must attach your name and order number to the box/s in order for the warehouse team to be able to assign the return to your order. When it is received at the warehouse the team will check the items and inform as to if they are in good condition for us to action a refund.
How to order posts for glass?
When ordering posts and glass for your balustrade, it is essential to check the post measurements, including the dimensions with the clamps attached. To ensure a perfect fit, measure from the inside back of one post clamp to the inside back of the next post clamp in the balustrade run.
Selecting the correct glass pane size based on these measurements will ensure a secure and seamless installation. Always double-check your measurements before ordering to avoid any discrepancies and achieve a professional finish.
It is at the companies discretion to charge for returns should you order the incorrect size glass and/or posts for your project.

Fixed Handrail Bracket - End Post
This end post comes with a fixed saddle bracket, allowing for the secure attachment of a stainless steel handrail, which is sold separately, on top of the post. This system with the handrail provides additional safety and importantly is compliant with UK building regulations. The mirror polished finish offers a sleek look, suitable for outdoor spaces such as balconies, raised decks, and patios.
The end posts when paired with the handrail tube meet UK building regulations making it suitable for use at height. This post system is compatible only with the 900mm high glass panels, which are sold separately.

Important measurements: When measuring for glass, we advise back of one clamp to the back of another clamp, minus 10mm for expansion and tolerances. Check the post/spigot/channel system fittings measurements. When using the channel system or the spigots systems we advise a minimum of 10mm and maximum of 99mm gap between panes, 20mm is best average.
